I am looking to replace another email client and was impressed with em but as I dig deeper i today found that not all the folders in my gmail account are there. the folder is there but it is empty. when i check the web version of gmail all is well.
tried a reinstall but the same.
running on macbook.
It is possible that it did not complete the sync. In eM Client, right-click on the All Mail folder and choose Properties > Repair.

Remove the Gmail account from eM Client, then add it again.

That was quick. Are you sure you removed, it, re-added it, and allowed enough time for it to sync with the server?
If so, then there must be some error, which you will find in Menu > Tools > Operations, and in the Log tab.
Or, your Gmail account is configured not to provide those folders to IMAP clients.
can find no errors
thunderbird has no trouble seeing the folder and its contents.
