As a former user of Microsoft outlook(at work and at home) and until recently a user of Thunderbird, I’m so happy to found em client, free, superb and beautifully designed program.
It is not an outlook replacement, it is an outlook killer.
I intend to recommend it to everyone, both for personal usage and for enterprise usage.
Yes i do agree on that still minor enhancements like
when you receive reading rec you have 0 byte .dat attachments
when you receive email with signatures all the signatures are in the attachments
from my side this some time annoying
