Hello, not quite sure what you’re referring to, are you unable to go through the authentication process while setting up your gmail account with eM Client? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?

yes i am unable to go through authentication process while i am setting up gmail account with eM Client, the allow button is got disabled, please attached screen shots for reference and i am using updated version which is 6.0.23181.0 please find attached screen for refernce.
Hello the button is disabled temporarily, but should be made clickable in few seconds of the original page load - if you wait does the button become clickable or does it remain disabled? Do you have javascript enabled in Internet Explorer (as the default application browser)?

I waited more then 15 mins still the button is disabled, my default browser is google chrome but while authentication it is opening with Internet explorer 7 and in that java-script enabled
Hello, this might be due to out-dated Internet Explorer installed on your computer, please make sure all available updates for the application are installed - make sure you’re running the latest available IE for your operating system on your computer, as the application is dependant on some of the key components of the browser.
