Not able to send emails

My emails are coming in from my Virgin account, but I can’t send anything from emClient, they just sit in the outbox

Send an email, and when it fails, go to Menu > Operations > Log tab. Look for an SMTP error.

I’ve only just seen this so think it is a virgin media problem

Yes, your IP address is being blocked so you will need to follow the instructions in that error.
