Not able to remove Black Listed domains

I have the problem, that because the junk button and the move to folder buttons are close to each other. I did mark two customers mails by mistake as Junk.

Now I’m not able to remove them back to the white list. I mean I con choose domain or personal name.

Every mail gets continously into the spam folder…

What do I do wrong here?

If you have eM Client V10, you can remove them from the Blacklist via “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Mail / Blacklist & Whitelist" and click “Manage Blacklist” at the bottom.

If you have eM Client V9, Go to “Menu / Rules” and you “dblclick the Blacklist” to remove them.
