Hello,
what version of eM Client do you use?
4.0.15145.0
Are you able to copy and paste with right click menu?
Rigut-click menu will NOT work either.
TIA, CU L8R,
NTxLS
Can paste data from some other info copied but not able to copy from within the body of eMail Client’s messages.
So Ctrl+C does work, but; not from the body of eMail Client.
Below is from doing a Ctrl+C from the Header area of the latest message from GetSatisfaction Subject notification of your interrogation:
Example: “New reply: Not able to CTRL+C on any part of body of a message . .”
Date time group: “Tuesday, 24 July, 2012 08:30:46”
Not able to copy the word “Sent:”
TIA, CU L8R,

Could you please try to copy a text from Internet Explorer? Thank you.
Yes sir, have done that from FireFox as well as some TEXT files and IE 9. I cannot Ctrl+C from any part of the body of any messages from eMail Client to any place else. The only Ctrl+C from the header of eMail Client as shown in my previous message, Subject area and the date time group, but; not the titles of those fields.

Hallo,
I had IE6. After instalation IE8 I haven ́t problem. All is working. Thanks a lot.
Hi Petr,
You were still using IE6? Wow, that’s old!
Any chance you can even upgrade to IE 11?
I didn ́t use IE for a years, because I use FF. I have Windows XP. For Win XP is IE 8 the latest version.
eM Client uses IE to manage copy/paste, issue should be resolved in newest IE versions, unfortunately if Win XP does not receive updates anymore it will be problematic to help you with this issue.
