Norton VPN Causing Email Problems

If I turn on Norton VPN (connecting to a UK server) I cannot send emails due to a SMTP issue …5.7.13 Authentication Denied (VM305). Norton are now on Lockdown and can’t respond. VM tell me there isn’t a problem their end. 

Is anyone else having a Norton VPN issue? 

You have to configure Norton to allow eM Client. There should be some FAQ on their website on how to do that. 

Otherwise, just disable Norton until you get a response from them.
