V6.0.23181.0 using Win10 … in opening a reply, the icon tool bar only shows up intermittently … Solution ?

What version of em Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? What operating system are you using on your computer?

sorry not very tech minded or experience but
when wishing to reply to an incoming email- the icon line appears quite happy and then recently on other replies the icon bar is totally missing–john–peter who submittted may add later-
there is an icon bar below this response–but this element is missing-
Really not completely sure what you’re referring to, but this may be related to using plain text responses when responding to plain text email, as plain text can’t be formatted the formatting options are not displayed. Navigate to Tools > Format > HTML to enable formatting again or change your reply settings in Tools > Settings > Mail > Compose, and adjust the “Mail format for” options based on your preferences or to HTML if you want to have formatting options visible on all outgoing messages.
