No Printing in Windows 10

I have just installed eM Client on two computers - one with Vista and another with Windows 10.  The configurations are identical.  Printing under Vista works fine but with Windows 10 nothing happens when I press print.  Is it related to IE?  IE exists in W10 but is hidden.  However I can run and print from IE11.  Can you help please?

is there an error message when you try to print in Win 10? Or does the action just not happen?

can you check the Help > About section in eM Client and tell me which version of eM Client you’re running?
