No phone support? Red flag? Too much spam!!!

Why does the phone number given not work? I’m hesitant to enroll in pro membership if there is no way of contacting someone for assistance. I’m trying to find out if the pro version blocks all the spam I’ve been getting since I started using free version of eM Client…any thoughts?

eM Client does not have a phone line to contact us on. The Pro version of eM Client has all the same features as the free version but enables you the option to add more than two email accounts, the ability to use the application for business/commercial use and entitles you to a priority technical support.

Spam messages are filtered on your server, eM Client does not feature a spam blocker except the option to block email addresses or domains which are then filtered to the junk mail.
