License selection window doesn’t appear to be aware of Windows10 dpi scaling.
Probably caused by this setting
If you have eM Client for Windows, click once in the body of the email message. Then hold down the Ctrl key and while holding, scroll your “mouse wheel” up or down and the email message will scale.
