No notification sound on email arraival

I am new user with free license. Everything works fine except no sound notification on email arrival.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Windows 10 eM Cleient ver8.2.1473 free license

That is controlled by the Notifications setting. Here is my Notification setting as an example…

Thanks for response. This is my settings, however no sound notification at all with various sound file.
Visual notification appears as expected.

Perhaps there is a problem with the sound file? Test it and then try another…

As you are using system notifications, that means the sound is handled by the Windows Action Centre.

You can check your Windows settings, or you change the notification to eM Client’s own by unselecting Use System Notifications and see if you have any sound that way.

Unchecking “Use System Notification” solves my problem. It works fine now.
