no messages no sounds

Hello,
i have Windows 8 Pro x64 SP1 with Media Center and i get no messages or sounds but it is defined. Initial there was displayed messages and sounds but after a while there comes nothing, why? I don’t know, please help. What can i do? In my Firewall Outpost Security Suite 8 the rules for the mailclient.exe generated automatically.

I am sorry for the massive delay. Is the problem still actual? If so, could you please send us your IMAP logs? Are you getting any error messages?

my konto is [email protected] with server m.hotmail.com. no imap, is that the reason? I get no messages!

that nice! But i have the purchased German version from SoftMaker “Office 2012 Professional for Windows & LINUX” and your version would be disable the license key!
I must wait for the SoftMaker new update. I hope that fix it.
