No license number after a purchase

I have a pro 10 v of eM Client.
4 weeks ago I bought another license and despite the notification by mail I still didn’t get the license number.
Sent several e/m already, still no response.

Can you try the lost key page? Type in your email you bought the license for and you should get your key.

If you are getting mail notifications but not seeing the email in your Inbox, if you have eg: “Inbox Categories” enables the license email might have possibly gone in another Category Inbox tabs.

Also obviously check your Spam /Junkmail folder incase it possible went in there. Normally it doesn’t but check there just incase as well.
