I just upgraded eM Client for Windows from version 10.3.2412 to 10.3.2545, and it installed ok with no issues, and opened and then after a few seconds of synching popped up a message No License. So restored my eM Client 10.3.2412 backup and the license was reinstated.
I then upgraded eM Client for Mac from 10.3.2412 to 10.3.2545 and the license “did not get removed”. So was only the Windows build where the license was removed.
Can you please try again to upgrade to 10.3.2545 on Windows? If this occurs again, please send us (to [email protected] or [email protected]) your update url (this can be obtained by going to Help->About and pressing ctrl-u.
This is weird. We are not aware of any changes in licensing with this update.
Can you please also send a screenshot of the dialog shown after the update?
I uninstalled the new eM Client version 10.3.2545 with the restored License and then deleted the database and reinstalled 10.3.2412 and restored my previous matching version backup, and then upgraded again to 10.3.2545 and this time my license was intact. So must have been some glitch.
