No IMAP when TLS 1.0 disabled

Hiya.
I was forced by security to disable TLS 1.0 & TLS 1.1 on my Win 10 computer and now IMAP on one of my accounts fails.
On ‘Diagnostics’ tab it initially says “server not responding”.
When trying to ‘fix’ it then says that the server was found but my credentials were rejected.
But I know they’re correct, I can successfully log in to the web client.
And no one else in my firm has this problem.
Anyone has any ideas?

Yes Microsoft recommended not to use TLS 1.0 & TLS 1.1 anymore due to security issues, and to remove them in Sept 2022. So you just then need to make sure you have enabled TLS 1.2 in Win 10 which works fine with the latest versions of eM Client.

So if you have TLS 1.2 already enabled in Win 10, could be then your eM Client version is too old. What version are you running ?

Also if you have the latest eM Client V8.x or 9.x , have you tried removing and re-adding your IMAP account via the automatic email wizard setup ?
