No folder synchronization


I have three mails account in  EM Client and I am using IMAp for each of them.

The folder are visible for all og those accounts but there is a problem with synchronization.
Indeed, I do “send/receive”, only the Inbox are synchronized and all the mail coming into folder (by filters on server) are not visible (for example in smart folder “not read”)

Is there a mean to do it function ?

Hi, not completely sure what you’re referring to? Are you using a server side rule that sorts your email automatically e.g. you’re unable to see unread email?

yes i have a server side rule which put email into folders.

And the unread email are not visible in em client automatically un til i clic on the concerned folder 

Unfortunately if you’re using server side rules, the folder can only notify you that there’s new email available, but can not show the unread count unless you synchronize the folder.
You could avoid this by using “Download messages for offline use” for your account, using this option eM Client would automatically download all available messages and could display the unread count for these folders as well.

i have little same problem ,my em client didnt sync any folder, when i put it off and start again my new mails is there , can you help me with my problem?

Hi Filip, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you check for the exact version number in Help > About?
What mail service are you using with eM Client? Are you using any firewall/proxy software on your computer?

Are you seeing any errors from the application?

i have new version what is on your site i try to reinstall but it work 10 min and then not working i use same configuration on my phone and notebook and it working , i use SMTP and Imap i have my own domain and mail , if you want more information i can write you , i dont have more erors in app, i use it on my laptop and it working well! on same config same OS win8.1

Do you receive no error messages at all? Are you using any security software on your computer?

my version is : 6.0.21040.0 and i have only Firewall what is in my WIn8 and MS security essential and i dont know what you mean  mail service ? 

Can you please try to update your application to this release and check if the issue persists, .
By mail service, I mean your mail service provider, e.g. GMail, Yahoo, etc.
