No content in the body of almost all emails in one account

I cannot see any content in the body of almost all emails in one of my email accounts. I just see 5 dots that scroll across the screen in the body area when I open the emails. I get the following message for some emails, “parse error zero-length content”

Send us your logs please: go to menu Tools->Settings->Advanced->Logging and check “IMAP” under the problematic account. Then restart eM Client, try to simulate the issue and send us (with reference to this topic) the logs using the same logging settings window. Thank you.

I sent the logs a few days ago…any idea when i will hear a response.

Is it still actual?
