No connect.. help!

It´s not possible, to send or receive any e-mails… :frowning_face:

I only see a red triangle with a exclamation mark… the connection to the internet is
working… what can happen?

Update: Send is possible, but no download …

Sorry you are having a problem, just a few questions:

1./ What version of eM Client do you have?
2./ Is it Free or Pro?
3./ Who is your ISP? (email provider)
4./ Do you use IMAP or POP3?
