No access to emails

for some reason, I have lost all access to my emails?

The program is in the computer, but will not open?

Assuming you are using Windows… open the Task Manager and determine if eMC is running, if so right-click on eMC entry and then click “end task”. Try starting eMC again.

If that does not work, try re-booting your computer.

Would be helpful if we knew more about your setup… eMC version, Windows version (7,8,10,11).
