Installed new version and the new one crashes immediately and the database is corrupted.
Tried to restore database and that was not working.
Install an older version and the installer says that I installed a newer version.
Help!
You will need to delete the database first.
By default your database is at C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming. It is the complete \eM Client\ folder. You may have to enable hidden items in Explorer to get there.
Once that is done, you can uninstall eM Client, then download and install the latest version from here.
