Hello eM Client Team,
I am a new user of eM Client and I am truly impressed with the program.
Compared to both Classic Outlook and the new Outlook, eM Client feels much more respectful of the user’s workspace and privacy . Outlook tends to expand aggressively, occupy space, Nudge, and force cloud integrations, while eM Client keeps things clean and under control.
One feature I would love to see improved is the Sidebar. At the moment, it can only be shown or hidden manually. My suggestion is to add an auto‑hide option, so that the Sidebar disappears when not in use and reappears only when the mouse is parked on its edge. This would keep the interface clean while still allowing quick access to contacts, agenda, and communication history.
Such a feature would make the Sidebar more flexible and appealing, especially for users like me who value a minimal workspace but still want the functionality close at hand.
