New user cannot connect, stumped!!

What settings do I need to connect to roadrunner from brighthouse? WHat they provided does not work.

Are you getting any error messages? Please try the Diagnose button in the tab Diagnostics in your account settings.

Tried the diags, they don’t work. I reset everything sevarls times trying to make work but it still does not connect. from log:
