I upgraded to the newest version 7.1.30719.0, and it keeps prompting me to enter my password. I am trying to diagnose the issue, and it rejecting my information, which is the same prior to the update. I want to go back to my previous version, and it will not allow me to do so. I did a system restore, and now eM lcient is trying to force me to re-update to the program that is BROKEN. I need help!
