New single-line layout

I’m not happy with the new single-line layout. There is too much spacing between messages, meaning fewer messages fit on the screen. I made the avatars “small,” but this did not change anything. I assume this new spacing is a “feature” in the latest update? Please change back to previous spacing, or provide an option to use tighter spacing (as Outlook does).

Have you tried: Menu>Settings>Appearance>Lists to adjust spacing?

Thanks! I never saw that setting before, but somehow I had the tighter rows before this last update. Thanks for your help!
