The white new mail badge worked until today. I changed no settings. None of the settings in “notifications” are x’d out. Anybody have any idea?
If the new mail tray notification stopped working, try restarting eM Client and make sure Windows Focus Assist (Do Not Disturb) isn’t blocking notifications. You can also toggle the tray notification setting off and on in Menu → Tools → Settings → Mail → Notifications, or run eM Client as Administrator. Updating to the latest version can also fix notification bugs.
Was having the same issue with a new install, traybar notification not working. Started emclient as admin it began work but I started getting “em client communication with the previous instance failed” which after googling seemed to be caused by starting as admin. I started it normally and notifications continued working, FYI
I spoke too soon, traybar notifications worked a couple of times then stopped. I kind of rely on these, anyone have a solution?
