New linces are not being added to licence manager

Hi, I have just bought 6 new pro v10 licenses but they are no appearing in the online license manager. How do I get them in there?

There is a reset option on the License Manager page, so use that with the email address you used to purchase the Business licenses to have the login credentials resent to you.

Sorry, I cannot see where to change the email address.

If I reset the credentials will I not loose access to the licences already in there?

I have the new licence number for the new ones I purchased and paid for via emc web site (and via PPG Digital) and simply want to add them to the current list in the licence manager.
