I’m a new user trying to install for the tirst time. I’m getting “Connecting to [email protected] failed” errors. I have screen shots and logs but I don’t see how to attach them to this post.
First thing to check is that you have the correct username and password.
Menu > Tools > Accounts
Type in the login name and password you would use to access GMail through the web interface.
See if that makes any difference.
If not, check the IMAP/POP and SMTP settings.
