I am not getting notifications when I am receiving new emails in folders other than the inbox…
Hello, unfortunately eM Client is unable to display that new emails are received in these other folders. eM Client can only synchronize your Inbox automatically as other folders are synchronized when you refresh the folder.
If new items are available, notification should be shown next to the mail folder by showing ‘…’ next to the folder name.
IMAP unfortunately only receives new updates regarding the IMAP folder, unless you have the option “Download messages for offline use” which allows eM Client to receive all data automatically without having to synchronize the item with Inbox first.
