New em client keeps crashing

Hi. So after an upgrade to em Client ver. 10 (which I also paid extra for) the app keeps crashing. I’m not sure if it’s the right word but it simply quits itself and when I try to re-open it, it simply loads everything and then quits again. I have already removed and re-installed the app multiple times and restores from backups. But this is getting annoying when I did this 3 times a week already. Hardware - macOS Sonoma, macbook pro 14 m3 pro. Please let me know what is happening and how to fix it ASAP.

Same issue here. Installed v10, get to the end of the new setup questions, it quits. Did a system restore, and now it’s telling me my database is a version newer. Sounds like were toast and emClient spent too much time playing with putting worthless ‘AI’ in v10 than getting basic functionality to work.
