i have be following this thread with a bit of interest because I use emclient with comcast and also have AVG (not the free version). I have not had any problems with using emclient with AVG email scan ‘on’ although I only scan incoming emails, not outgoing. I am wondering if there is a setting in the AVG app that allows my setup to work. I did a quick check of my AVG control menu and I can’t find any options that are more than turning receiving email scans on or off. If I find another setting in AVG that allows my setup to work with the incoming email scan on, I will post it. I am on version 8 of emclient and the most current version of AVG.
