Neue E-Mails landen manchmal nur im Ordner ungelesene E-Mails (nicht aber im Posteingang). Wenn sie dort gelesen werden erscheinen sie auch nicht im Posteingang - sie gehen verloren - liegt das an den Einstellungen eures Programms - Outlook habe ich zur sicherheit noch parallel - dort funktioniert alles normal - gerne würde ich nur den E-Mail-Client verwenden.
New emails sometimes only appear in the unread emails folder (but not in the inbox). Even after they’re read there, they don’t appear in the inbox – they’re lost. Is this due to your email program’s settings? I also have Outlook installed as a backup, and everything works normally there. I’d prefer to use only this email client.
Sounds like you have Inbox Categories enabled which is turned on by default in V10 if you choose the recommended settings on installation / upgrade, but you can disable Categories or customize it if you do want to use Categories. See the following eM Client blog.
If you dont have Categories enabled, then you might have a Rule thats automatically moving Inbox emails to other mail folders. You can check that via going to “Menu / Rules”. You can dblclick any of the rules to view them apart from the basic Spam rule at the very top.
