There is also some good user created Themes as well you might like.

Note : Some also have Wide Scroll bars.
Thankyou, new user here and I agree the default scroll bar is far too narrow to grab easily. I found the “use system scroll bar” and themes but was having trouble getting it to stick, I seem to have managed this now.
