I had to change my exchange password and once I did I tried to change it on EM Client. Once I did a box kept popping up asking for my password.
I figured I’d give it a clean start so I deleted the account and tried to add the account again. When I did so I got a pop up:

I clicked connect and finished account setup when lo and behold…

appeared.
Is there a way around this?
Hi Joseph, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact version number in Help > About?
If possible try to install this update, http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.21527/setup.msi and after you do so, please navigate to Tools > Accounts > Your Exchange account > Offline Address Book, try to disable the OAB synchronization and check if the issue persists.
