Olá Adriano. Can you give some more information as to what you did that you can’t activate your Free License? Here are some suggestions anyway.
If you have not deactivated your Free License on one computer, you will not be able to activate it on another computer because you can only use the license on a single computer at a time.

If you have lost your activation key, you can get it resent to you at http://www.emclient.com/lost-activation-key
