In my Contact List all contacts show as Surname, Name which is what I want. However, when I look at a Distribution List, all members show as Name Surname. How can I change my Distribution Lists so each member shows as Surname, Name? Any help/advice would be appreciated.

As far as I know that setting cannot be changed. Whatever format you choose to display your Contacts will not affect how they are displayed inside the Distribution List.
