Do you mean the eM Client update?
The latest version was released in May this year and works just fine. There was an unreleased internal version made available recently, but you can uninstall that and download and install the latest version listed on the Release History

As far as I remember the problem was not there with 7.2.35595, but appeared later and was subsequently fixed in one of the later releases. At least it was fixed in the current release version 7.2.36908.
You could try either of those versions available in the Release History
