My license is expired

I bought EmClient license in 2021, when it upgraded to eMclient 10, 11/2023, it made me purchase a new license. Now it tells me I have to purchase a 3rd license. Why is it making me keep on purchasing licenses. If I purchased a 3rd license, would it just make me purchase a 4th? Can I just get my money back from my prior 2 licenses and cancel the program, if this is the way it’s going to be.
