my header shows AS rather than my initials

When I send an email instead of showing my avatar initials it is showing AS. I cannot find how to configure this.

Hi Robin,

The avatar settings are in Menu > Tolls > Settings > Contacts. The initials shown are the initials of your Account name that can be set in Menu > Tools > Accounts so therefore it might be different from from your real name.

Thanks Russel. However the Initials are AS and do not match the Account name nor my real name. Can you please advise.  Thanks
