my header shows AS rather than my initials

When I send an email instead of showing my avatar initials it is showing AS. I cannot find how to configure this.

Hi Robin,

The avatar settings are in Menu > Tolls > Settings > Contacts. The initials shown are the initials of your Account name that can be set in Menu > Tools > Accounts so therefore it might be different from from your real name.
