My hard disk gave up the ghost cannot reactivate.

My hard disk gave up the ghost, bought a new one installed os etc and em client. However when i add my key i am informed that my licence has reached maximum number and i need to deactivate. How do I do that given my original hard disk is no longer available .

You could register another Free License under a different email address, or write to sales@emclient.com. They may be able to deactivate your licence, or delete it so you can register again under the same address.

This does not work they do not respond

That is unusual as they usually do reply fairly quickly.

Until such time as you get a response, register a new Free License under a different email address.

Yeah they responded just took longer then expected
