My free license does not work

I do not accept the license they send me when I do the reactivation

Could you please post a screenshot of what exactly the program displays? If you’re not sure about the key, please go here http://www.emclient.com/lost-activation-key
If you have your activation key, please go to eM Client -> Menu -> Help -> License, then click on Activate and copy your Activation Key there with Ctrl+V ( including the hyphens ).

When we send the license free and we do the steps that you indicate is still charging but never active, we know is why does not change the date when it expires and we do not know what to do can you help me?

Hello diego,

Please don’t worry about the expiration date. The Free licenses are renewed automatically, the expiration day is only there for our internal needs.
As for your other question, I unfortunately don’t understand what you mean so I won’t be able to assist  until I see a screenshot of the program’s message.
