On their side, they should be able to whitelist you with their email providers.
On your side, one thing that has happened before is that emails sent from eM Client that include signatures, have sometimes been falsely identified as spam. If you are using a signature, disable that for a while and see if there is any difference.
Thanks Gary, problem is its a business so i need to have the signature at bottom, do you think there is anything specifically about a signature that trigger this,
it really causes problems, had 3 today from about 20 sent
If it is the signature that is causing the issue, that is because the receiver’s email server is assuming that a signature is part of a spam message.
But it could be anything else. Best option as a Pro License user is to open a support ticket directly with eM Client. They will be able to advise you further on what can be done.
