I am afraid to set up another instance of emClient and lose my important emails. Please help!

I am on a Lenovo Yoga 700 running Windows 10. I have been using emClient since December with no issues.  I did change the backup location today to my Documents folder. I had it set up to back up daily, yet the only back up I see is Jan 5.

Hello Mary,
sounds like you did not change the backup location but the location that eM Client expects your actual database to be at and now it cannot locate it. Either change the database location inside eM Client back or move the data from your old database to the new location.

Regards,
Olivia

Thank you
