I replied to your support ticket in more detail, but here is my reply for benefit of forum users.
The fix for the issue in your crash report will be in the next release.
The issue in your screenshot is your Windows Installer Service is broken. This can happen when you use some cleaner utility to clear space or optimize the Windows Registry on your device. Those files are needed by the Windows Installer Service, so it can install/uninstall/repair apps on the device, but these utilities delete the files and break the Windows Installer Service. Follow the instructions to fix the issue. When that is done, try the eM Client install again. If it doesn’t help, you will need to contact Microsoft for assistance with fixing the Windows Installer Service.
