My eM Client continues to say it is offline?

I have closed the program, restarted my computer yet each time I open eM Client it says on the bottom left corner that it is offline and no new emails are coming in… anyone have any idea how to fix this?

You can change the offline status in Menu > File > Work Offline.

Is your installation of eM Client activated? Once you have completed the initial trial period, if you do not activate eM Client using wither a Free or Pro License, the application will remain offline until you do. Menu > Help > License.

Are you using a Free License with more that 2 email accounts? If you have more than 2 accounts configured in the Free License, they will remain offline until you reduce the number. Menu > Tools > Accounts
