I’ve tried multiple times to buy a license and have always gotten an error message saying my card can not be processed. I’ve called my bank and at least one person there said they can see that payproglobal, which is your payment provider, is blacklisted.
I’ve tried to email the em client support but have yet so see any answer.
Have you experienced this before?

The issue is NOT with eMC
I remember reading an article concerning this organisation,
from memory they are not a Traditional Bank.
You will need to use an internationally recognised bank credit or debit card.
