My activation Key is no longer accepted

I have 3 email accounts. One of them will no longer send/receive.
I am now getting the RED Triangle - Server says, “Unauthorized”.

I’m using:
EM Client PRO Version: 9.2.1628 (a307a94)
Window 10

Need help!

Server says, “Unauthorized”.

Need more information.

Have you tried deactivating and reactivating your key ? Does it show invalid licence in there , or is that showing activated in the licence screen ?

If it’s not activating, what’s the exact error saying in that screen ?. Go to “Menu / Help / Licence”.

Now “if it is showing activated” in the licence screen, then might be something to do with your account settings or setup in eM Client.

What sort of account is the one not working. Is it a POP, IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account ?

Lastly go to Menu and click the drop-down next to refresh and click Show Operations. Then click the Log tab far right and look for any obvious errors and then paste them in this thread.

YES, I have tried deactivating and reactivating my key before. That’s why I originally said my Key isn’t recognized.
When I deactivate it say’s NO VALID LICENCE FOUND.
When I try to Activate a window appears and says Server says, “Unauthorized”.
I have also requested my Key again. It’s the same key that was issued to me on 01-10-2022. Same results.

I believe I need a NEW KEY. How do I get one??

This doesn’t have anything to do with your eM Client license. If it was the license it would open a web page and say “Unauthorized License Detected”.

Normally if a server is saying you are unauthorized, and you see the warning chevron on the account, that is your email provider. Your best bet is to contact them and ask for assistance, as it may be an issue with your account, or with their server.
