My account name is not showing up in the from section.

Hello Randy Manning here, I do have a question about forwarding or sending Email
When i compose one my email address dose not show up in the from area, I try to select the account by using the arrow bar there where it saids from i have set up my account using my charter email , so i do not know why it want show when im   trying to send a email , I am receiving emails , just can send . Help

do you have the account set up correctly?
Which of your accounts is unable to send- is it the charter one?
Can you try to send a message and when it fails go to Tools>Operations>Log tab and copy its contents here?

I did set up my email from charter.net
It just dose not  show up in the from , when i try to send a email , When i try to seen a email it tells me no account set up , set up account , when in fact that’s how i set up my account , never had trouble like this with other emails accounts i used . thanks have a great! one 

I am going to uninstall the eM client untill this is solved , because i have to be able to send emails, but for some reason when i hit reply or just to send a email my name or email dose not show up in the from section. thanks 

Hello Randy,
can you screenshot the settings of your account in the Tools>Accounts setting? Sounds like your accound did not set up the SMTP server.
Setting up your account manually in the New Account dialog through Mail>Other might solve the issue.
