my 2017 dell xps 13 totally crashed and unrevoerable. There is no option to de-activate eM Client.

I see that you own a PRO licence so in this case I would advise the same as Gary, go to and deactivate the specific unused licence. The login information to Licencemanager was sent to you after the purchase. If if you don’t have them anymore, I can resend them to you.
