Hello all…I have the Pro version from November 2016.
Recently I have been unable to login. I went to lost password and got a link.
I applied the email and a password and I then saw that it says “Account Disabled”. Why did this happen - I did nothing to disable this.
I see here from Greg that I have to buy the pro version to enable the accounts (2). Is this correct??

I do not know for certain, however, it is possible that a version from 2016 is no longer supported.
I suggest you use Webmail to contact [email protected] to query this.
